The restaurant of the château-hôtel 4* du Bois-Guy, offers high standard french gourmet cuisine, with a hint of Danish refinement.
Our products are chosen with love and care every day by the chef, always seasonal, local & fresh : wild herbs come from a neighbouring gardener who grows her own; cheeses come from a dairy farm in the next village, Mellé or have been made from local goats milk by our own chefs & the vegetables from our own gardens and local markets.
The secret behind our creative gourmet cuisine : we care about both the transparency of our ingredients & their perfect traceability.

Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 10am Monday to Friday and from 8am to 10am at the weekend. Served in the beautiful Château restaurant. The buffet style breakfast includes a full range of sweet and savoury products guaranteeing a perfect start to your day :

In 2015, our Restaurant was honored to receive the appellation "Restaurateurs de Qualité", created by the French Culinary College network ''Collège Culinaire de France''.
The ''Collège culinaire de France'' is an independante association that was created by the initiative of the 15 best French chefs, including Alain Ducasse. Their main objective was to enhance the artisanal traditional culinary heritage.
It is an Association that fights to support the quality of the artisanal/craft food sectors. Its members are quality artisans/craftsmen chefs ''restaurateurs'' and producers all passionate about their profession and fully committed to defend common values & practices.
Their talent has been recognized and été reconnu et rewarded by Alain Ducasse's ''Collège culinaire de France'', which qui leur a awarded them with the ''restaurant de qualité'' label.
A label that guarantees :
